02 · The Build
Conditional · pending discovery call

The official judging platform.

This is the one piece we can't confirm until we talk. If weedbuds.app can meet the five criteria below and have it ready by July 24, we'd want you on the judging side — and the title package gets materially stronger for it. If it can't, everything else in this proposal stands on its own and the price doesn't change.

    Private by default

    Live and operating, but sealed. No results, standings, or partial tallies visible to anyone outside the judging pool while scoring runs.

    Operates blind

    Judges score anonymized entries only — entry code, category, and sample. No grower name, no brand, no photo, no lineage that gives it away.

  3. 03
    Ready by July 24

    Configured, entries loaded, and dry-run tested with our judges by Friday July 24. That's the ceiling, not the target — sooner is better. We need real runway to train judges and onboard the room, not a platform that lands the week of.

  4. 04
    Unseals on command

    The moment judging closes, one action flips it public — codes resolve to winners, live on stage.

  5. 05
    Becomes the permanent record

    After the reveal it stays up as the archive: winners with names, photos, terp profiles, judge notes, and category placements — a lasting reference for attendees and anyone who finds PIFFCON later.
